With the second phase of the extension project in a large power plant the new technique about computer networks communication has been used then it was proposed that the brand new idea of plant level network interconnection in large power plant． Furthermore the relevant technique and engineering performance of above also were discussed so that it is very useful for both of design manufacture and utility administration etc． Particularly it is great helpful for the retrofit projects in many used power plants．
