 For the sake of quickening the transferring speed of scientific research achievementscombined with usersimulation and computer training need the capability of SCES－I system was upgraded and turned into a new productbeing convenient to operatewith friendly interfacecomplete function and reasonable price．The upgrading design took the requirement of following new technology into considerationpaid attention to the principle teaching and engineering practical useand made product to offer opening application environment and to be in common use．
