摘要 Polycomb Group(PcG)是一类高度保守的表观调控因子,在动植物中普遍存在,并发挥着非常重要生物学功能。研究发现PcG蛋白不仅调控生物个体正确的生长发育模式,而且与细胞增殖、分化、胚胎发育、植物形态建成和植物对环境的响应等有密切关系。综述了PcG因子在植物中的组成、作用机制及其功能,并对PcG未来的研究方向进行了展望。 Polycomb Group (PcG), a kind of highly conserved epigenetic regulation factor, generally exists in plants and animals, and had very important biological function. The studies indicated that the PcG protein not only regulating the right developing pattern, but also related to cell proliferation and differatiation, embryo development, plant morphology developed, and response of plant to environment closely. The paper summarized the composition, mechanism and function of PcG factor in plants, and then prospected the future for research direction of PcG.
