摘要
在总结桃源县朱家港烤烟合作社发展现状的基础上,分析了当前烤烟合作社遇到的如管理人才紧缺、技术型后备人才少、烟叶辅导员老龄化、运行机制不完善与发展动力不足等问题,针对以上问题提出了加强人才队伍建设,吸纳新社员;因材施教,将人才分类培训;完善内部机制建设;拓宽资金渠道等促进烤烟合作社长远发展的对策。
On the basis of summarizing developing status quo of Zhujiagang Flue-cured Tobacco Cooperative in Taoyuan County, the problems existed in present flue-cured tobacco cooperatives were analyzed, such as lacking management talents, less in technical talent reserved, aging in tobacco counselor, imperfect operating mechanism and weak in developing motivity. Then, according to the problems above, some countermeasures for promoting long-term development of flue-cured tobacco cooperatives were proposed, such as strengthening team building and recruiting new members; training talents in accordance of their aptitude; perfecting construction of internal mechanism; expanding financial channel.
