壳聚糖对于河流污泥中药物化合物的影响探究

摘要 壳聚糖对河流污泥中的腐殖质有去除作用,但对污泥中药物化合物的影响未知。采用高效液相色谱法分离分析添加不同浓度壳聚糖溶液的实验样品之间的差异状况可用于讨论壳聚糖对于药物化合物的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖不会对药物抗生素产生明显负面效应。 Chitosan can remove the humus in the river sludge, but its impact on pharmaceuticals is unknown. High performance liquid chromatograppy is used to analyzethe differences between samples with different concentration of chitosan, which could tell the chitosan's influence on the pharmaceuticals. The results shows that chitosan don't have obvious negative effect on the compounds.
