摘要
实验以双氰胺、甲醛为主要原料,加入不同的催化剂和改性剂,优选合成出两种双氰胺-甲醛类缩聚物脱色絮凝剂;用IR表征其分子结构;研究了絮凝剂用量、pH、混合投加聚合硫酸铁用量条件对脱色效果的影响,得到最佳脱色条件;对酸性大红GR、活性艳红等废水色度脱色率可达93%以上,并对其工业应用价值作简单分析评价。
On the basis of the main polymerizing reaction between dicyanodiamide (DCD) and formaldehyde (HCHO), two kinds of highly efficient decolorizing flocculants are synthesized using NH4C1 as catalyst and urea, starch as modifier. The molecular structure of flocculants is characterized by IR. Factors affecting the flocculation of dye solution, such as pH and dye concentration of the solution, dosage of flocculants and the qualitative relationship between the structures of dyes and their decoloration efficiency are discussed. These floceulants showed special performance in the decolorization of wastewater containing acid dyes ,obtaining more than decolor rate of 93 % and have econmic potential for industry use.
