三氮唑作为卡宾前体在吡咯合成中的应用研究

摘要 文章综述了过渡金属催化下1-磺酰基-1,2,3-三氮唑分解产生α-亚胺基金属卡宾,再与炔烃或其类似物发生分子间或分子内环加成反应合成各种类型吡咯衍生物的反应进展。 α-lmino metal carbene, derived from transition metal-catalyzed decomposition of 1-sulfonyl-l,2,3-triazole, leads to the lbrmation of functionalized pyrrole by 3+2 cycloaddition with alkyne or its analogue.
