摘要
文章综述了辅酶Q10在人体心脏的生理功能及其辅助治疗心力衰竭方面的应用进展。辅酶Q10广泛分布在人体内,在心脏分布量大,并随着年龄的增加而逐渐衰降,衰降程度与心力衰竭密切相关;辅酶Q10是心肌细胞呼吸和代谢的重要激活剂,具有抗氧化功能,能抑制自由基损伤生物膜。辅酶Q10在近年心血管病中的应用日益广泛,尤其辅助治疗心力衰竭取得了令人满意的疗效。
The paper reviews the physiological functions of coenzyme Q10 in the human heart and its application progress in adjuvant treatment of heart failure. Coenzymc Q^o is widely distribution in human body, especially in the heart, and as the increase of the age gradually decline down, failure degree is closely related to heart failure; Coenzyme Q^o is an important activator of myocardial cell respiration and metabolism, and has antioxidant function,can inhibit free radicals damage the biofilm .Coenzyme Q10 is increasingly widely used in the heart vascular disease, especially in adjuvant treatment of heart failure has obtained the satisfactory curative effect.
