摘要
文章论述了中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司净化水厂二车间800万吨/年污水处理装置曝气生物滤池运行过程中存在的问题。根据实验数据选取了反冲洗工艺参数,优化了现有的工艺。运行结果表明,曝气生物滤池是一种运行可靠、出水水质好和抗冲击能力强的好氧生物处理工艺,作为把关工艺应用于炼油污水的二段生化处理,能够确保处理后出水达标排放。
The paper mainly discusses some defects existed in the present sewage treatment process of a sewage treatment workshop in a branch company of CNPC in Urumqi whose wastewater processing capacity reaches 800 million tons per year. Through the experiment selected the backwash process parameters, the existing process was optimized. The result of field operation shows, the biological aerated filter is a reliable, strong shock resistance, good processed water quality, biochemical treatment when applied in refinery sewage processing for it ensures the processed sewage meets the drainage requirements.
