高效液相色谱法是一种高速、高效、高灵敏度的分离分析方法,在石油化工、生命科学、环境、医学及食品安全等领域有着广泛的应用。文章着重介绍了高效液相色谱法在生物化学和生物工程、医药研究、食品分析、环境检测中的应用及其发展前景。
High perlbrmance liquid chromatography is a method of high speed, high efficiency of separation, high sensitivity. In the petroleum chemical industry, life science, environment, medicine and lbod security and other fields have a wide range of applications. This paper introduces the high performance liquid chromatography on bio chemical and biological engineering, medicine, food analysis, environmental detection and its application prospect.
