摘要
针对中海油3000 t/a聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)工业装置的溶剂回收工序存在的问题,研究了有效分离提纯环氧丙烷和甲醇的方法。结果表明,精馏塔分离环氧丙烷和甲醇时,控制体系温度在70℃以下为宜,如果温度超过70℃时,应尽量控制缩短物料的停留时间,且操作温度不宜超过90℃。同时,采用减压-高压双塔精馏可以有效地提高环氧丙烷和甲醇分离提纯的质量。
In order to overcome difficulties encountered in solvent recovery in 3000 t/a Polypropylene Carbonate (PPC) plant of CNOOC, this dissertation studied an effective way to separate and purify propylene oxide and methanol. The research result shows that the distillation temperature for separating and purifying propylene oxide and methanol shall be below 70 ℃. If the temperature is above 70 ℃, then the residence time should be controlled as short as possible, and the distillation temperature must not exceed 90℃. Meanwhile, vacuum-pressurized double-column distillation scheme can effectively improve the quality of separating and purifying propylene oxide and methanol.
