连续档中含有大高差(大跨距)档的紧线施工计算 被引量:3

Calculation on Construction of Tension Stringing for Continuous Spans with Large Height Difference(Large Span)

摘要 根据放线滑轮两侧出口处架空线轴向张力相等 ,连续档架空线两端锚固 ,各档不同水平张力下的总无应变线长与各档水平张力均为某个设计值时的总无应变线长相等的原则。结合图 1所示 4连续档架空线悬挂点高差分布情况 ,讨论了绝缘子串的偏斜方向以及偏斜状态下两档间架空线水平张力差、各线档架空线的水平张力、各档架空线最大弧垂测控值和线长调整量等的计算方法 ,提出了一系列有针对性的数学模型 ,从而使含有大高差 (大跨距 )档的连续档的紧线施工问题获得解决。 Based on that the axial tensions of overhead line at both outlets of stringing pulleys are equal and both ends of the overhead line of the continuous spans are anchored,the design principle is that the total line length without strain of every span under different horizontal tension is equal to the total line length without strain as the horizontal tension of every span is taken as a certain design value.In combination with distribution of suspension height difference of overhead line in continuous spans,item 4 shown in Fig.1,the author discussed the calculation method for inclined direction of the insulator strings,horizontal tension difference of overhead line between two spans under the inclined state,horizontal tension of overhead lines of every span,measuring and controlled value for the maximum sag of every span overhead line and regulation of the line length.The author also gave out a serial of directional mathematics models to solve the problems for stringing construction of continuous spans with large height difference(large span).
