摘要
针对海量情报数据自动处理场合,为提高军事情报处理的时效性,提出了先评价再处理的思路,以及以需求满足度作为情报处理优先程度的指标。提出了赋权本体的概念,将需求满足度定义为需求赋权本体和情报本体之间的相似度。给出了评价方法流程,并使用算例验证了所给方法的合理性。
Aiming at the automatic processing of massive information data, in order to improve the effectiveness of military intelligence processing, the authors raise the ideas of evaluation before treatment, as well as the index of taking demand satisfaction as information processing priority. Then the authors put forward the concept of weighted ontology, and define the demand satisfaction as the similarity between the demand weighted ontology and information ontology. Finally, the evaluation process is explained and the rationality of the method is illustrated through use of the given examples.
