摘要
为探讨四川白酒行业的创新活动积累能否为品牌创新战略提供知识产权的基础与支撑,利用中国专利数据,从专利数量趋势、技术生命周期、技术演进、有效专利等指标角度分析了川酒专利存量特征,进而描述了川酒技术创新与产品设计创新活动发展态势与特征,并对宏观环境影响因素与行业同期比较优势加以讨论。研究结果显示,川酒行业创新活动表现出六方面特征,整体上遵循了良性发展过程,目前在全国同行业中具备明显优势,可以为构建以技术、产品、形象创新为核心的品牌创新战略提供支撑与向导作用。但当前川酒技术创新活动中显露的劣势急需弥补。
Patenting and industrial design activities in Sichuan liquors sector were analyzed based on the data from SIPO Database in order to investigate the intellectual property strengths in the brand strategies in the sector. Patenting and industrial design activities features on timing, applicant/patentee, technical topics and patents in force were summarized and analyzed, and the influencing factors from external macro-circumstances were also analyzed to explain the significant improvement degree of innovation activity in the past several years. The major conclusion of this study is that, the innovation activity in Sichuan liquors sector has maintained a good momentum of development since 1990s, and the intellectual property stocks have accumulated significantly and shown obvious advantages compared to the domestic industry average. The intellectual property of Sichuan liquors sector will have significant cumulative impact on brand innovation strategy and play a supportive and guiding role for the strategy.
