摘要
3G网络和智能终端的普及让即时通信软件迅速占领用户市场。尝试将UTAUT模型理论、感知风险理论和媒介丰富度理论相结合构建理论模型,从接受因素、风险因素和内容因素三方面分析微信用户使用意愿的影响因素。通过问卷调查,采用SPSS和AMOS软件进行统计分析和结构方程模型分析,对该理论模型进行检验,并结合数据分析结果进行讨论,同时对未来的研究方向提出展望。
The popularity of 3 G and intelligent terminal make instant communication software rapidly occupy the user market. Our study attempts to combine UTAUT model, perceived risk theory and media richness theory to a theoretical model, which analyzes the impacting factors of WeChat's user behavior from three aspects of acceptance, risk and content. Based on a questionnaire survey, we test the theoretical model by using SPSS and AMOS software, discuss the model with the results of data analysis, and put forward the prospects for future research directions.
