血小板系列参数对血小板减少性疾病的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Platelet Parameters to the Diseases on Platelet Reduce

目的探讨血小板系列参数对血小板减少性疾病的临床意义。方法采用SysmexXE-5000血液分析仪分别对200例健康体检者及200例血小板减少性患者的血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、大血小板比率(P-LCR)及血小板比容(PCT)进行测定。结果血小板减少性患者与血小板正常人群比较,其血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、大血小板比率(P-LCR)及血小板比容(PCT)有不同程度的升高、轻度降低或显著降低,差异均有统计学意义。结论血小板系列参数分析可作为某些血小板减少性疾病鉴别诊断的初筛指标,对某些血小板减少性疾病患者的诊断和治疗具有重要参考价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of platelet parameters to the diseases on platelet reduce. Methods SysmexXE-5000 blood analyzer respectively in 200 healthy subjects and 200 patients with thrombocytopenia, platelet mean volume of patients （MPV）, platelet distribution width （PDW）, platelet large cell ratio （P-LCR） and hematocrit （PCT） were measured. Results The thrombocytopenia compared the normal population it’ platelet （ MPV, average volume, platelet distribution width （ PDW） , platelet large cell ratio （ P-LCR） and hematocrit （ PCT） were slightly decreased or decreased significantly, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The platelet parameter analysis can be used for some thrombocytopenia in differential diagnosis of disease screening index, which has important reference value for some thrombocytopenia of diagnosis and treatment.
