空心加压螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折的体会

目的：探讨空心加压螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法选择52例股骨颈骨折采用空心加压螺钉内固定治疗。结果所有52例患者均获得随访，随访时间1-5年，髋关节功能优39例，良7例，中2例，差4例，优良率88.5%。结论应用空心加压螺钉内固定是治疗股骨颈骨折的有效方法之一。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of cannulated compression and operation method in the treatment of femoral neck fracture were the. Conclusion the application of hollow compression screw internal fixation is an effective method of treatment of femoral neck fracture.
