低年资护士使用Braden量表诊断符合率的相关因素分析

Relative Factors Analysis to Diagnose Accordance Rate of Junior Nurses Using Braden Scale

目的了解低年资护士使用Braden量表的诊断符合率相关因素,为保证护士使用Braden量表准确评估患者提供依据。方法低年资护士和专科护士分别使用Braden量表对50名年龄≥70岁老年患者进行压疮高危因素评分。结果低年资护士的诊断符合率为64.29%,主要表现在对感觉、移动力以及摩擦力和剪切力的评估上与专科护士存在不同程度差异(P<0.05)。结论低年资护士评估压疮风险的诊断符合率偏低,需加强对低年资护士准确使用Braden量表的相关知识培训,提高低年资护士对压疮风险评估的准确性,以便采取积极护理措施,降低院内难免压疮发生率。

Objective To understand the diagnose accordance rate of junior nurses using Braden scale, and provide support to improve the accuracy of using Braden scale to evaluate the patients. Methods Let junior nurses and professional nurses separately use the Braden scale to assess the risks of developing a pressure ulcer among more than 50 patients older than 70 years old. Results The diagnose accordance rate of junior nurses was 64. 29%. There were differences on assessments of sensory perception, mobility, friction and shear between junior nurses and professional nurses （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion The diagnose accordance rate of junior nurses was a bit low. It’ s necessary to strengthen the training of Braden scale usage, to improve the accuracy of pressure ulcer risk assessment, and to adopt the active nursing measures to lower the rate of pressure ulcer.
