摘要 简单介绍了城市生活垃圾的特点及能源回收方式,指出气化技术是新型的垃圾处理技术,具有高效的能源利用率和良好的环保特性,且气化和熔融技术相结合以其严格的污染控制、显著的减容性和高效的资源回收率等优点被认为是城市生活垃圾焚烧技术最具有潜力的替代技术。综述了城市生活垃圾气化处理技术的原理、工艺流程及其国内外发展现状,分析了现有技术的优缺点,按气化焚烧技术和气化熔融技术的分类对典型的垃圾气化工艺流程进行了重点介绍和分析,并对垃圾气化技术本土化应用的可行性进行了有益探索。 This paper makes a brief introduction to the characteristics of municipal solid waste and methods of energy recovery, proposing that gasification of waste is a new technique for its treatment, which does not cause atmospheric pollution and works at high efficiency. The combination of gasification and melting has several outstanding advantages, such as strict pollution control, noticeable volume reduction and effective resource utilization, and it has attracted attention as the most potential substitution for municipal solid waste incineration. In this paper, the basic theory and process of municipal solid waste gasification and its developing status have been summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing technology are analyzed. Typical gasification process according to the methods gasification-incineration and gasification-melting are introduced and analyzed. And finally, some useful exploration of the domestic application of waste gasification technology is made.
