摘要
论述了东汽公司汽轮机隔板悬挂销结构要素的优化。主要从300 MW及以下功率小功率汽轮机隔板悬挂销的零件设计和结构装配入手、分析研究适用于600 MW至1000 MW大功率亚临界、超临界、超超临界机组采用的隔板悬挂销的零件设计和材料选用。隔板悬挂销结构要素的优化,使设计部门新设计汽轮机隔板悬挂销时,参考使用结构要素的尺寸,提高规范性、通用性设计能力,制造工艺实现通用化。
This paper describes the optimizing of turbine diaphragm suspended pin structure element manufactured fy DEC Turbine, Beginning from the design and assembly of diaphragm suspended pin of 300 MW and less power turbine units, the part design and material selection nf diaphragm suspended pin suiting to 600 MW to 1000 MW power turbine unit is researched. This provides the design department for designing the diaphragm suspended pin with standard and general reference based on the optimization.
