This paper mainly introduces the working principle of speed regulating system of Zilanba Power Station. An overall analysis is made on causes for frequent restarts of oil pressure pump and increases of oil consumption, and so on. Finally, the problems have been solved through the investigation and applieation of parameter optimization methods. This paper provides a valuable reference to solve the similar fault.
