摘要
以干燥菊花为原料,以菊花中总黄酮提取率为指标,在单因素实验基础上,采用微波辅助提取菊花中总黄酮,确定菊花中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件,并对提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明微波辅助提取最佳工艺条件为:乙醇质量分数70%,料液比1∶30,微波辐射时间2 min,辐射温度60℃,此时总黄酮提取率为8.479%。
The optimal condition for extracting flavonoids from chrysanthemum was investigated via mi-crowave-assisted extraction technology using the extraction rate of flavonoids as an indicator on the basis of single factor experiment. The results showed that the extraction rate was up to 8.479% under the opti-mum extraction condition, e.g. mass percentage of ethanol 70%, material-to-liquid ratio of 1:30, mi-crowave radiation time of 30 min and radiation temperature 50℃.
