多硫化铵分解提硫反应工艺条件的研究

研究多硫化铵中提取硫的反应,探求多硫化铵分解提硫反应工艺条件。结果表明:多硫化铵浓度控制在150g/L,在搅拌速度达到140r/min,分解温度90℃,分解反应时间110min,硫的提取率可达97.8%。

In this paper,we study the extraction technology of sulfur ammonium polysulfide reaction,to explore more decomposition of ammonium polysulfide sulfur reaction process conditions.Results show that the concentration of ammonium polysulfide control in 150g/l,the stirring speed of 140r/min,the decomposition temperature of 90℃and decomposition reaction time 110min,sulfur extraction yield could reach97.8%.
