摘要
主要论述应用配备毛细管分流进样口和氢火焰检测器的气相色谱仪(GC-7890),以CP-SIL 13CB 50m×0.53mm×2um毛细管柱分离甲烷氯化物生产过程中的一氯甲烷、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷精馏塔塔顶精馏液中各杂质组分,采用氢火焰检测器检测,以峰面积校正归一化法定量计算各组份含量。本方法的标准偏差为0.0000%~0.0004%,回收率为92.59%~106.45%。因此本方法精密度好、准确度高、操作性强,有很大的推广价值。
This paper describes application of the gas chromatograph with capillary split injection port and hydrogen flame detector(GC-7890),"CP-SIL 13CB 50m*0.53mm*2um "capillary column separation chloromethane,dichloromethane,chloroform distillation tower distillation liquid components in the process of methyl chloride production,detecting by hydrogen flame detector,quantitative calculation each component content by peak area correction normalization method.Standard deviation of the method is 0.0000% ~0.0004%,the recovery rate is 92.59% ~106.45%.This method is more accurate and,simple and rapid,and has great popularization value.
