摘要 运用现代化教学手段提高临床教学水平是医学教育教学方法改革的核心。充分发挥PACS这一现代化手段的作用,是放射科教育技术改革的重要内容之一。放射科长学制大课教学及临床医师的培养工作随着PACS的应用都出现了前所未有的新问题。通过设置影像教学分类图片库、实现大型多媒体阅片、设立报告评分系统、构建临床医师培训考核系统及开辟电子学习室等方法的应用,可以使PACS在影像医学长学制教学、多轨合一医师培养中的得到更好的应用。 Fully using modern teaching means to improve the level of clinical teaching lies at the core of teaching method reform of medical education. Giving full play to the role of modern means PACS is one of important contents of education technology reform of radiology department. With the application of PACS,unprecedented new problems occur in theoretical teaching for long-term program students of radiology department and the cultivation of clinicians. It is beneficial for PACS system to be better applied in long-term program teaching of image medicine and unified cultivation of clinicians through setting up teaching image classification database,multimedia medical image reading,comparative browsing and report scoring system and constructing training and evaluating system for clinician as well as opening digital reading room,etc.
