The medical postgraduates training and the standardized training of resident physicians are two important ways for training the outstanding clinicians. On the basis of analysis of the similarities,differences and problems between the two ways of training and the characteristics of postgraduates training in the special hospital,we suggest the ideas,models,plans and measures so as to assure the joint implementation of the medical postgraduates training and the standardized training of resident physicians in the special hospital.
