综采工作面过顺槽空巷煤柱回收技术 被引量:3

摘要 针对宏景塔一矿回收煤柱6-2113综采工作面过顺槽空巷实际情况,建立了基本顶力学模型,推导了顶板稳定性计算公式,并采用数值计算方法模拟了顶板稳定状况,提出了该工作面过空巷具体支护技术及施工措施,并组织实施,应用效果较好。分析表明,综采工作面的空巷顶-底移近量与工作面采高、控顶距成正变关系;回收煤柱前应对空巷进行锚网加强支护;当综采工作面临近空巷时,应降低工作面采高,提前调斜工作面并加设单体液压支柱,这是维持顶板稳定的有效方法。 Aiming at the actual situation of Hongjingta the first coal mine 6 -2113 mechanized mining face of which recycle coal pillar cross gateway abandoned roadway, the mechanical model of main roof is established, the cal- culation formula of roof stability is deduced, and the roof stability is simulated by using numerical computation meth- od. The specific support technology and construction measure that the working face cross abandoned roadway is put forward and organizes and implements, the application effect is better. The analysis shows that roof to floor conver- gence of mechanized mining face abandoned roadway is proportional to mining height and face width. The anchor and net supporting of abandoned roadway should be reinforced before recycle coal pillar. When fully mechanized mining face approaching the abandoned roadway, the working face mining height should be reduced, the working face should be inclined in advance and the single hydraulic prop should be added, it is the effective method to remain the roof sta- bility.
