摘要 船景矿煤层顶底板以泥岩、砂质泥岩为主,又处于大断层破碎带中,围岩裂隙发育极为完整,形成了大量的水源通道,致使裂隙水大量涌入巷道,造成巷道积水严重,严重影响工作面的正常掘进。介绍了1122首采工作面机巷施工过程中,遇断层破碎带顶板突水的情况,并结合地质条件分析出断层附近的突水水源,根据突水机理,提出了采用双液浆注浆堵水封孔技术方案。实践证明,该堵水技术方案成功封堵住了裂隙水,为今后该矿断层破碎带顶板突水的治理奠定了理论基础及实践经验。 The coal seam roof and floor of Chuanjing coal mine of lying in fault fracture zone is mainly made up of mudstone and sandy mudstone, which lead to surrounding rock fracture very complete and form large number of water channel. As the fissure water influx to roadway cause serious water and affect the normal tunneling seriously. This pa- per introduces the roof water inrush situation of encountering fault fracture zone in construction process of 1122 first mining face haulage roadway, and analyze the inrush water source near the fault by combining with the geological con- ditions. According to the mechanism of water inrush, proposes the double liquid grouting water plugging hole sealing technique. The practice has proved that the water shutoff technology program successfully blocked the fissure water, laid theoretical foundation and practical experience for the future fault fracture zone roof water inrush management in Chuanjing coal mine.
