摘要
:静电除尘是消除大气粉尘污染的重要设备 ,其供电电源对除尘器的工作效率和可靠性具有十分重要的意义。本文在分析比较现有静电除尘用供电电源电路方案的基础上 ,提出采用大功率IGBT的非互补交流调压器替代晶闸管相控交流调压器 ,实现直流高压的控制。并分析了主电路和控制电路结构的工作原理 ,给出了主电路仿真和实验系统模拟实验结果。
The electrostatic precipitator(ESP)is a kind of important equipment used in industry.Its power supply directly regards the work efficiency and the reliability of the precipitator.Analyzing and comparing current schemes of the power circuits of ESPs,the authors propose a new singe phase AC voltage regulator with chop control to regulate the DC supply of ESP instead of conventional phase control AC voltage regulator.The new AC voltage regulator adopts the non complementary control mode with current detector for commutation between main switches and free wheel switches.Power IGBTs are used as the switches in the power part of the AC voltage regulator.The construction and the operation principle of the main and control circuits are described in this paper.The results of experiment and PSPICE simulation are showed as well.
