摘要
通过对军交运输保障能力结构的研究和剖析,将军交运输保障能力的构成要素归纳为实体性要素、渗透性要素和组合性要素等3个方面。在分析这3个方面要素所包含内容的基础上,指出了每个要素在军交运输保障能力生成和提高中的作用。
Military traffic and transportation support capabilities is a complicated system that is made of a lot of main factors. These main factors effect and depend on each other. This paper studies and analyzes the main factors of the military traffic and transportation support capabilities. The military traffic and transportation support capabilities are made of entity factors, permeate factors and combination of factors. This paper points out the main factors＇ role in generating the military traffic and transportation support capabilities.
