摘要
在分析战时物流保障3种基本体系的基础上,运用经济学原理,比较分析其在战时的成本收益。结果表明,平时投入一定经费建设军民融合式物流并注重军民融合式物流的平战快速转换,是弥补战时物流保障缺口最经济的手段。
Based on the analysis of the three kinds of basic systems of logistics support in wartime, this paper analyzes comparatively the cost-benefit in military and civilian integration logistics support by using economic principle. The result shows that, outlaying money in construction of military and civilian integration logistics and paying attention to it, are the economic measures to make up the gap in military and civilian integration logistics guarantee.
