摘要
简要介绍了美、英两国对电力市场中闲置成本的研究情况 ,包括在竞争的环境下闲置成本的形成原因、评判标准、影响因素、计算方法及回收策略。
Studies on stranded cost for electricity market in US and UK are introduced. It includes the formation, evaluating standard, influential factors, calculation methods and recovery strategies of stranded costs in a competitive electricity market. This project is supported by Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province (No. 000397).
