介绍一个由三菱PLC编程控制技术以及与其配套的ScreenWare软件 ,利用先进的仪表检测技术 ,可以比较形象直观地将现场主要设备运行情况及主要参数的当前值以各种形式如工艺流程图、参数表、历史曲线及直方图等形式显示出来。同时对一些当时还没有检测设备的某些参数由化验室给出结果 ,操作人员定时通过键盘输入计算机并参与控制等 ,人机介面好。该系统可以较好地解决拜耳法配料多年来只凭操作人员经验操作 ,致使配制的原矿浆合格率低 ,影响氧化铝的产量和质量等问题 。

The PLC and its screenware,which made by Mitsubishi Co.are introduced.By using its advanced appearance_checking technology,it will show the live moving situation of the major machinery in spot through craft_drawing,parameter_chart,historial_curve,vertial_cubicshceme etc.. As to the parameter which cannot acquired through the check_equipment,the controller will get them from the lab and input them to the computer.The screen is easy to communicate.In the old days,the burden is only controlled by the controllers themselves,which lead to the low qualified orgin_mine_starch,the low quantity and quality of the oxide of alumina.The system will lower the energy greatly in Bayre_method.
