脉冲电针与音乐电针治疗卒中后抑郁患者胃肠道躯体症状的疗效比较

Comparison of the Effectiveness of Pulsed Electro-Acupuncture and Musical Electro-Acupuncture Treating Patients with Depression in Gastrointestinal Somatic Symptoms after Stroke

目的比较脉冲电针与音乐电针治疗卒中后抑郁患者胃肠道躯体症状的有效性。方法随机选择卒中抑郁并伴有胃肠道躯体症状患者60例,将患者随机分为音乐电针组(A组)和脉冲电针组(B组)。A组给予音乐电针治疗,B组给予脉冲电针治疗。对比2组患者治疗后14天、治疗后第28天、治疗后第42天与治疗前胃肠道躯体症状;对比2组患者治疗后胃肠道躯体症状的减分情况;对比2组患者的中医疗效。结果胃肠道躯体症状评分与治疗前比较,A组治疗后28天、42天均有显著性差异(P<0.05),B组42天有显著性差异(P<0.05);2组比较,第28天有显著性差异,P<0.05,说明A组起效快于B组。A组患者治疗后胃肠道躯体等症状得分情况低于B组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。A组总有效率(30%)高于B组(10%),具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对于卒中后抑郁患者胃肠道症状音乐电针疗法的临床效果满意,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE To compare the effectiveness of pulsed electro-acupuncture and musical electro-acupuncture treating patients with depression in gastrointestinal somatic symptoms after stroke.METHODS Sixty patients with depression after stroke and gastrointestinal somatic symptoms were selected at random and divided into two groups,musical electro-acupuncture group（Group A）and pulsed electro-acupuncture group（Group B）.Group A were treated by musical electro-acupuncture and Group B were treated by pulsed electro-acupuncture.On the 14th day,the 28th day and the 42th day after treatment, gastrointestinal somatic symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The minus point of gastrointestinal somatic symptoms after treatment was compared in two groups.The TCM therapeutic effect was compared in two groups.RESULTS Compared with patients before treatment in TCM symptoms score,there are significant differences at the 42th and the 28th day after treatment in Group A（P〈0.05）,and there is a significant difference at the 42th day after treatment in Group B（P〈0.05）;compared with the two groups,there is a significant difference at the 28th day（P〈0.05）,and it implied that the onset of Group A was faster than that of Group B.The minus point of patients＇ gastrointestinal somatic symptoms in Group A was lower than that of Group B.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effect rate of Group A（30%）was higher than that of Group B（10%）.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The clinical effect of gastrointestinal somatic symptoms in depressive patients treated by musical electro-acupuncture is effective and this technique is worthy of promoting.
