不同生长期太子参药效成分HPLC分析

Analysis of Medical Components of Radix Pseudostellariae in Different Growing Periods by HPLC

目的考察不同生长期太子参药效成分环肽B动态变化规律,确立太子参的最佳采收期,为太子参GAP生产提供依据。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Hedera ODS-2C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以水-乙腈为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长203nm。结果不同生长时期太子参环肽B含量差异较大,在5月和7月含量较高。结论综合考虑药效成分含量与产量,太子参合理采收期应为7月,试验结果为太子参资源的开发利用提供了参考依据。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the dynamic changes of Heterophyllin B in Radix Pseudostellariae in different growing periods to determine the optimal collecting time and to provide a basis for GAP production.METHODS Hedera ODS-2（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）was used with a mixture of water-acetonitrile as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃ and detective wave length was set as 203nm.RESULTS The contents of Heterophyllin B in Radix Pseudostellariae varied according to different growing periods and the contents were relatively higher especially in May and July.CONCLUSION The month of July may be the optimum time for collection of Radix Pseudostellariae when the contents of medical components reach the peak,which provide a basis for future utilization of Radix Pseudostellariae.
