摘要
在低温环境条件下,通过功能培养基上产生的透明圈,获得了13株功能菌株,其中A-7,A.18,A-19,A-20等4种菌株表现出产有机酸和分解纤维素的两种能力,A-24强菌分别具有分解纤维素和淀粉的两种能力。为了确定每个功能菌的可生长温度区域,在4℃~20℃不同温度条件下,分析了细胞生长趋势,菌株最适温度一般表现为15℃和20℃。将这些不同降解特性的功能菌株扩大培养之后,添加到低温模拟沼气发酵罐内,研究了多种复合菌组合在低温条件下的日产气量、累积产气量及甲烷含量的变化,经过30d的发酵试验,添加菌剂的总产气量比对照增加了28.0%。
Through the functional medium under low temperature, 13 psychrophilic strains were obtained, including A-7, A-18, A-19, A-20, the four strains had the ability of producing acid and degrading cellulose. And strain A-24 had the abili- ty of degrading cellulose and starch. The obtained strains were cultivated under 4 - 20℃ temperature, and found that the strains generally had a optimum temperature of 15℃ and 20℃. After the expand cultivation, the strains were added to the low temperature simulated biogas fermentom in a different strain combination. The gas production and methane content were determined. After 30 days of experiment, it was found that adding of bacteria agent could produce 28.0% more of total gas comparing with the control
