摘要 试验从无机成分、生物活性物质和挥发性有机成分三方面对猪粪发酵沼液进行了全面的测定与分析,结果表明:猪粪发酵沼液含有丰富的氮、磷、钾三大肥料元素和农作物生长所需的钙、镁、硫、铁、硼、锰、铜、锌、氯等微量元素,此外还含有17种氨基酸、腐殖酸、赤霉素、吲哚乙酸、玉米素等生物活性物质,而其中挥发性有机成分和有毒重金属含量非常低,没有超出农田灌溉水质标准,不会对环境造成污染。试验通过对沼液的成分分析证明了沼液确实是一种速效、清洁、安全的有机肥,为今后沼液更加科学合理的利用提供数据及理论基础。 Compositions of biogas slurry produced by swine manure digestion were determined and analyzed in terms of inorganic components, bioactive substances and volatile organic compounds. The results showed that the biogas slurry was rich in three fertilizer elements (N, P, K) and all kinds of trace elements needed for crops growth (such as Ca, Mg, Fe, B, Mn, Cu, Zn, Cl, etc. ). Besides, it also contained various bioactive substances, including 17 kinds of amino-acids, humic acid, glbberellin, heteroauxin and zeatin. As for volatile organic compounds and toxic heavy metals, the contents remained far below the irrigation water quality standards, bringing about no pollution to environment. The determination data confirmed that biogas slurry is a qulck-acting, clean, safe organic fertilizer indeed, provided data and theoretical foundation for a more scientific and rational use in the future.
