摘要
针对常规超高压试验装置加压及卸压过程中无法精确控制系统压力脉动变化、能源浪费等问题,在确保加压介质体积不变的情况下,通过对增压器位移的闭环控制,达到调整介质体积,从而实现系统压力的精确调节。解决了手动卸压、阶梯卸压等方式带来的压力控制不具重复性等问题,为新研发的仪器设备进行更接近实际工况的模拟压力环境波动的耐压性能、疲劳寿命及可靠性等模拟测试提供了测试手段。
In the pressuring and discharging process of the conventional ultrahigh pressure test device, it is not accurate to control the pressure fluctuation, energy waste of the system. To ensure the pressure medium volume constant, the closed loop of the turbocharger displacement control is applied to adjust the volume of media to realize the accurate regulation of pressure. The problem of pressure control by the manual pressure relief, pressure relief mode of ladder that is new equipment fatigue life and not repeatable is solved. The result provides a testing method for the research and development of closer to the actual working condition simulation of pressure resistance, pressure fluctuation of the reliability of simulation tests.
