摘要
通过分析现有O形密封圈的应力、接触压力等参数分布云图,找出了复合运动中O形密封圈使用寿命短的原因是由于接触压力过大和应力分布不均所造成。设计一种新的导向部分密封结构代替旋转缸的现有密封,新密封的使用寿命较原密封的使用寿命延长了29.22%。
By analyzing the O-ring' s parameter contour ( such as stress contour, contact pressure contour, etc. ), the reasons that the O-ring in the compound movement has a short fatigue life are identified: its contact pressure is too large, its stress distribution is uneven. The purpose of this study is to design a new orientation section' s seal for replacing the existing seal structure ,which fatigue life has an extension of 29.22%.
