摘要
在气动装置和气动设备中,没有电信号参与控制的由纯气动元件构成的自动化装置和设备具有免疫电磁干扰、免疫强辐射干扰、系统结构简单和维护方便等优点。在自动化生产线上,有很多采用顺序控制方式的纯气动设备,如气动平衡吊、气动送料装置等。为实现纯气动装置中多执行元件的顺序动作功能,提出一种简便、有效的设计方法为纯气动系统的整体设计带来巨大的方便。
The automatic devices and equipments equipped by pure pneumatic components without electric control have many advantages such as anti-interference of electromagnetic and radiation, simple system structure and easy maintenance. In automatic production lines, there are a lot of sequential control equipments of pure pneumatic mode, such as the pneumatic balance crane and the pneumatic feeding devices. To realize the functions of serial action of multiple executive components, we present a kind of simple and effective method for designing the pure pneumatic system.
