摘要
介绍了所研制的新型水压电磁换向阀。该阀在结构上采用滑锥阀结构,解决了密封和泄漏问题。对研制的水压阀进行仿真分析和试验研究,结果表明,阀的性能达到了设计要求。连续进行大量试验后,主要零部件无异常磨损现象且换向可靠。
This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the water hydraulic solenoid directional valve. To solve the problem of sealing and leakage, the sliding-cone valve is adopted. Simulation and experiment studies were conducted and it is found that the water hydraulic valve exhibits good performance. The valve can be switched reliably and no abnormal wear is presented on the main components after thousands of tests.
