摘要
燃气企业与银行、社会专业代收机构合作,建立起燃气费第三方代收平台,实现燃气费缴纳方式的多样化。分析燃气企业收费服务现状及实现收费方式多样化的必要性,阐述各种第三方代收方式的优缺点及改进措施、第三方代收重点环节、发展第三方代收的意义,提出了燃气企业营业厅改型利用的思路。
A third-party collection platform of gas fee is established by gas enterprises in coordination with banks and society professional collection agencies to realize the diversification of gas fee payment modes. The charging service status of gas enterprises and the necessity of realizing the diversification of gas charging modes are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of various third-party collection modes and the im- provement measures, the third-party collection key links and the significance of developing the third-party collection are described. Some ideas for modification and utilization of gas enterprise business hall are put forward.
