2-(喹啉-8-氧甲基)苯并咪唑镉配合物的电化学及DNA键合性质研究

摘要 使用紫外可见光谱、循环伏安及微分脉冲伏安法对2-(喹啉-8-氧甲基)苯并咪唑镉配合物与DNA键合性质进行了系统的研究。结果表明,镉配合物可以作为ssDNA和dsDNA的结构识别探针。微分脉冲伏安实验结果证明,该配合物有望用于DNA的定量分析。 DNA-binding property of the Cd (Ⅱ) complex with 2-((quinolin-8-yloxy)methyl)benzimidazole have been studied by UV Vis spectra,cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry.The studies show the Cd (Ⅱ) complex could be used as a probe for recognition of ssDNA from dsDNA.Differential pulse voltammetry studies indicate the complex could be used to analyze quantitatively DNA.
