沼气膜精制工艺及低压储气罐结构设计的安全性研究 被引量:2

摘要 普通沼气成分中甲烷占55%~70%,CO2占40%~25%,另外还有微量水气及H2S等其它杂气.精制后的沼气甲烷含量可高达93%以上,品质堪与天然气媲美.但沼气属于易燃易爆气体燃料领域,本研究结合沼气膜精制与储运工艺流程及特点,对沼气膜精制前的脱水除杂、脱硫、脱氨,膜脱碳精制和高压储运及使用等各环节进行安全性研究,对主要部件低压缓冲罐进行了结构设计与有限元分析,从安全的视角对沼气生产、膜精制及储运提出建议,构建了安全分析体系,为提升沼气能源品位及扩大沼气应用范围提供强有力的参考依据. The major components of common marsh gas are methane(55%~70%), carbon dioxide 1.40%~23% and other gases such as trace vapor water and sulfureted hydrogen, etc. The methane content of the refining marsh gas is up to 93%, and the quality of the refining marsh gas may equal to natural gas. But the marsh gas is belong to combustible and explosive fuel field, the research considered the technique scheme and the characteristic of the membrane refining,storage and transportation of the marsh gas,and the aspects of security research on impurity biogas through dehydration,desulfurization,getting rid of ammonia and decarbonization before membrane refining and storage, and then high pressure and transportation were studied.Suggestions on production,membrane refining, storage and transportation from the point of safe were prouided. The safety analysis system is constructed. The arti- cle provide a profound reference in order to turn the marsh gas into high quality energy sources.
