摘要
本文采用Fenton试剂氧化处理油田含聚丙烯酰胺污水,通过单因素和正交试验考察了pH值、反应温度、反应时间、Fe2+和H2O2的投加量等因素对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明:在40℃,pH值为3.5,Fe2+和H2O2浓度分别为500和1.0mg·L-1,反应时间15min条件下,HPAM的降解率能达到91.45%。
In this paper,Fenton reagent was used in the treatment process of oilfiled sewage containing polyacrylamide,the influences of pH,reaction temperature,reaction time,Fe2+ and H2O2 dosage were studied.The results showed that when the concentration of Fe2+ and H2O are 500 and 1.0mL·L-1 respectively,pH is 3.5,reaction time is 15min,at 40℃,the degradation rate of HPAM can reach 91.45%.
