摘要
以蒸汽锅炉群为评价对象,构建了包含节能性、环保性、经济性的多目标综合评价指标体系,介绍了该评价指标体系的计算方法。在环保性评价中,引入了污染当量数的概念,将不同毒性的污染物对环境的影响予以统一。在计算模型中,提出标准蒸汽的概念,并以单位标准蒸汽所消耗的能量、排出的污染物和使用的费用分别作为节能性、环保性、经济性的分项指标。提出了用于分项和综合评价的相对指标,避免了应用权重方法所带来的主观因素的影响,更客观地反映锅炉群在不同条件下运行的综合效果。
Establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system including sub-indexes of energy efficiency,environmental impact and economy for steam-boiler groups,and presents the calculation method for the system.In the evaluation of environmental impact,introduces the concept of the equivalent number of pollutants so that different toxic effects of pollutants on the environment are unified.Puts forward the concept of standard steam in the calculation models.The energy consumption,the discharged pollutants and the costs per unit standard steam of steam-boiler groups are regarded as sub-indexes. Proposes a relative index for the evaluation for boiler groups.It will reflect the comprehensive effect of boiler groups more objectively rather than the weight method.
