摘要
研制了高温精密恒温油浴试验台,采用高温油浴温度控制方式控制绞线温度,解决了电阻温度系数试验中绞线温度不能精确控制和绞线内外层温度差异的问题,对电阻温度系数测试方法进行了改进,并进行了钢芯高导电率铝绞线、铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线和中强度铝合金绞线3类新型节能导线的电阻试验,计算得到其电阻温度系数,可为工程设计提供支持。
In this paper, high-temperature oil-bath test bench for temperature coefficients of conductor resistance, which can increase conductor temperature by oil bath, has been designed. The test bench can eliminate the temperature difference between inside and outside and control the conductor temperature accurately, with which the tests for temperature coefficients of the new types of energy-saving conductors, such as high conductivity aluminum conductor steel reinforced, high conductivity aluminum conductor aluminum alloy reinforced and medium strength all aluminum alloy conductor, have been carried out to provide guidance for the engineering design.
