摘要 为了有效控制蒸汽发生器(SG)水位,对蒸汽发生器水位控制对象进行理论分析,在前馈反馈控制避免"虚假水位"现象影响的基础上,提出二阶自抗扰控制的控制策略。针对"大扰动"和"小扰动"2种扰动工况下的蒸汽发生器水位控制系统,设计了不同的自适应模糊自抗扰控制器,并分别与传统自抗扰控制系统进行仿真比较,结果表明,2种不同工况下的自适应模糊自抗扰控制系统性能均优于传统自抗扰控制系统。 To effectively control the water level of steam generators (SG), in this paper, the theoretical analysis on SG water level control objects is conducted and a second-order active disturbances rejection control (ADRC) strategy adopting feedforward and feedback control is proposed to address the"false water level" issue. In combination with the SG water level control under two disturbance conditions, i.e. large disturbance and small disturbance, different self-adaptive fuzzy ADRC controllers are designed. Moreover, simulative comparison is carried out between the new designed controllers and the traditional ADRC controllers, which shows that the self-adaptive fuzzy-ADRC control systems outperform the traditional ADRC control systems.
