摘要
针对传统电器可靠性失效分析方法中存在的问题 ,提出了一种电器可靠性失效分析极大似然估计方法。该方法完全通过计算机软件处理 ,具有较高的计算精度、数据重复性和工作效率。该方法实用性强 ,适用于各种仪器仪表及电工电子元件的可靠性失效分析。
To be direct against problems of traditional apparatus reliability failure analysis method,this paper presents a failure analysis method based on maximum likelihood estimation method. This method can be realized by software,so it has high calculation precision,repeated data and efficiency.
