生物接触氧化法中不同填料处理污染河水的效果对比

摘要 通过选取接触氧化工艺中4种不同的生物填料,分别从COD、NH3-N、TN、TP等方面对各种填料处理污染河水效果进行了比较研究.结果表明,在低温期,4种填料对污染物质去除率整体不高,弹性立体填料对COD、N3-N、TN、TP的去除率分别为38.9%、36.6%、11.1%、48.6%,组合填料为40.1%、33.6%、12.9%、47.5%,盾型填料为25.2%、20.1%、8.1%、35.4%,仿生水草为40.2%、32.8%、11%、47.1%.相对而言组合填料在低温期效果最好,而盾型填料最差.在适温期,4种填料对污染物质去除率除TP外都有所上升,弹性立体填料对COD、NH3-N、TN、TP的去除率分别为53.8%、56.8%、26.8%、37.6%,组合填料为54.9%、54.7%、44.3%、34.8%,盾型填料为44.8%、37.9%、19.3%、35.9%,仿生水草为58.7%、61.7%、51.1%、38.5%.相对而言仿生水草在适温期效果最好,而盾型填料最差. Four kinds of commercial synthetic bio- media are compared from the aspects of the removal of COD, NH3 - N, TN and TP on trreating polluted river. 'Ihe results show that the removal eiticiencies of contamination by four bio- media are low in the period of low temperature. The removal rates of COD, NH3 - N, TN and riP in cubic - spring media are 38.9%, 36.6%,11.1% and 48.6%, respectively, 40.1%, 33.6%,12.9% and47.5% in eompoud media,2.5.2%, 20.1%, 8.1% and 35.4% in scutellate media, and 40.2%, 32.8%, 11% and 47.1% in artificial aquatic at a low temperature. Compoud media is the best and scutellate media is the worst at a low temperature, mlafivdy. But the removal efficiancies of contamination except TP by four bio- media increase in the period of comfortable temperature. The removal rates of COD, NH3 - N, TN and TP in cubic - spring media are 53.8%, 56.8%, 26.8% and 37.6%, respectively, 54.9%, 54.7%, 44.3% and 34.8% in compoud media,44.8% ,37.9%, 19.3% and 35.9% in scutellate media, and 58.7%, 61.7%, 51.1% and 38.5% in artificial aquatic at a comfortable temperature. Relatively artificial aquatic is the best and scutellate media is the worst at a comfortable temperature.
